  • Absolutely not! These classes mirror the art of training like a fighter. We know that not everyone is a boxer. Whether you are here to be a better fighter, healthier person, or you just want a fun workout and be part of a community, we’re here to support you!

  • Yes! Our family friendly staff will assist you every step of the way. We will direct you, offer pointers, and pull you aside for mitt work on an everyday basis.

  • If you have an injury we are happy to modify exercises to maintain the full potential of awesomeness you’re about to endure. 

  • Yes, you most certainly can!

  • We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to class in order to check in, wrap your hands, find a bag and get warmed up.

  • Yes! We have rowing machines, Olympic weights, and a mix of other traditional and non traditional fitness accessories. Sooooo…we have everything!
